Any injuries/health issues?
How far/how long are you walking?
You need to start adding in some running with your walking. Even if its just for a few seconds at a time.

Unless the OP's knees are weak from having to carry all that weight. The last thing he/she needs is an injury, rendering him/her incapable of walking.
When you weight almost twice what you should, the weight is a huge (pardon the pun) burden on your skeletal system. And your heart. Someone with that kind of weight problem should be monitoried by a doctor to make sure that they're getting enough cardio to expend calories and improve circulation, but not so much that they're stressing their heart or risking damage to their knees and spine.
Personally I'd recommend a low-impact cardio workout such as speed-walking, bicycling, and especially swimming laps if he/she has access to a full sized pool.
I can't run in place at all, because my knee will pop out and my spine is already badly compromised. I can sprint around a quarter of a New York City block, but then I'm pretty much done for the day. Not because I'm overweight, but because my bones are not healthy and haven't been in three decades, and nothing short of surgery will fix it, and I'm not willing to have a knife to my spine.
