So i was looking at what DW brought home from her WW meeting, and it included one pamphlet on integrating WW with vegeterianism and veganism. Ways to make sure you get all needed nutrients, and using WW to control portions, etc, and to lose weight.

Im curious, are there any other plans/approaches that arent specifically vegetarian, but could be adapted to vegetarianism or veganism in a similar manner?

Can you be a vegan on Atkins, for example?

It would take alot of soy... but I guess it could be done, vegeterian would be much easier... but vegans would have a tough time

No. You'd likely starve to the point where you'd end up plopping your face into a chocolate cake ala Scarface. Atkins doesn't even recommend going vegetarian although I could probably stay low carb as long as I had cheese, butter, and eggs. Would be tough though.
