Try General Mills Fiber One cereal.

Has 14 grams dietary fiber per serving (1g soluble).

I mix it with another whole grain cereal, since Fiber One is only 60 cals per serving.

Here is the nutrition breakdown:

Wow 90 grams of fiber per serving, and only 1 useable carb. I'll have to look for some of this.

trust me this oat fiber from honeyville is the bomb, add it to protein pancakes with whey and they blow up! I am losing weight like crazy off the stuff!!

I make 1 scoop whey, 1 scoop of this fiber, 1 egg, almond milk, baking powder, add stevia , sometimes I add psyillium husks a bit, sometimes throw in gluten flour alittle or coconut flour and use pam cook in pan and use butter spray and its like mock pancakes UMMM!!! The oat fiber blows them up and sucks water in so I get like 5 huge pancakes!

Here is the key, the next day you will be alittle heavier on the scale due to holding all the water in your intestines, but wait, you will be in the bathroom with a pile and a good pile and then the weight flys off!! Your stuffed and cant eat !! Its so filling and great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its a powder you use it for cooking to add volume and boy it does!!!!! I love MY pancakes, I used to get a miserable 2 if lucky now its holy crap a pile and im stuffed with little calories! It works and I am getting leaner and leaner its the secret to all the bodybuilders!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We know how to get low bodyfat!!!!

Where is this 90 grams of fiber per serving coming from? I looked at some brands of oat fiber online LifeSource Foods Oat Fiber 500 and they claim 3, which is a little less than 90... I also looked up that particular brand online, but they don't list the nutritional values.

Yeah I was wondering about that too. I looked up the Honeyville oat fiber on amazon and it states that it's 94% fiber. 90 grams of fiber per serving would make me explode!

another choice that people eat for fiber is shiratki noodle/miracle noodles some people love them. I do not but I have friends/ low carb friends that LOVE these. They are called miracle noodles.

Which kind did you and your friends buy, the tofu ones or the ones that are of some slimy like structure? I ended up with the latter and couldn't stomach them, had to toss it. I honestly can't understand how they can pass the ones I tried off as anything even remotely similar to noodles
