I have been eating a strict 13-1450 calorie diet. Trying to loose some weight. Tonight I bought some wine, sausage ans cheese. One of my cravings.Anyhow. I know I was going to eat this so I went to the gym twice. One hour in the morning as usual, and then one hour tonight. The wine, sausage and cheese will add about 700 calories extra above my limit. Will that by a chance stop me from loosing my target 1-2 pounds this week? If it does I guess Im ok with that. I don't cheat very often.
Normally I go to the gym only in the morning.

Enjoy your wine and cheese! What kind of wine did you get?
You prepped for it by burning extra calories so don't worry about blowing it. The worst thing that could happen would be that you wont lose anything. But that is doubtful. I lost 40 lbs and I drank wine almost every night. Constant denial of the things we love will only lead us to a path of major resistance.

I here ya, I've been doing Atkins, lost 5 lbs since Sunday, but today, whoa!
My daughter is selling Girl Scout cookies and we have 4 cases sitting in the living room, its like having a pile of crack sitting there when you're a crack head, lol..I gave in and had 1 cookie, well I know better, once I taste the sweet delight, its over, ate the whole box. Now I will be good and eat nothing until tomorrow, good thing it's almost bedtime.
