Have you had their food? It's ok and all starts to taste the same to me.
Not sure I could eat that for 21 days straight. That to me would be the biggest challenge.
All it is is forcing you to eat healthier, but you could make the same foods yourself for cheaper and tastier if you can cook.
It's not magic food, it's just devoid of everything you shouldn't be eating anyway.
Not sure about the salt content though. I think it's lower than a lot of these places, but still not sure of the quantity.
And if you go back to eating the way your normally do anyway, you'll just gain it all back.

I purchase their food regularly but not for a 21 day challenge. I have a neighbor who lost 14lbs of doing their 21 day challenge. It's good food, but like d2mini stated the food starts tasting the same. I like to have food here, for those ocassions when I don't feel like cooking and need to eat lunch quickly and want a healthy option.
Has anyone tried Snap Kitchen across the street (on Memorial anyway)?
Not bad and they have some Paleo selections too.
Another good alternative to fast food.
