I eat a banana in the morning around 8am, an apple at around 10:30am or so, then after lunch a pear (around 1:30pm) and then around 7:30-8pm after my workout I will eat an orange.
Besides this for breakfast I also add strawberries, blackberries and raspberries to my steel cut oats with Unsweetened Almond milk.
In the eve. I eat steamed veggies with 4 tomatoes (for the lycopene and potassium) (the small type of tomatoes not the big ones lol!)
Am I eating too many fruits? Is my sugar intake too much? Could this lead to problems?
The apple, pear, and orange are all loaded with sucrose (sugar). While it's commendable that you clearly want to do more of a whole foods diet than a processed foods diet, you need more variety. I'd eliminate the apple and the pear, and add some kind of fat; since your list doesn't include any meat of any kind, I'll assume you're going vegetarian and suggest legumes and beans. If you're not opposed to meat, then I'd say add some salmon one or two days weekly, chicken 2-3 days a week, and maybe go for the meat-free twice a week.
Also, add more vegetables. One serving only once a day, when you're not consuming much of anything else, isn't going to be nutritionally sound.
I do eat a Chicken salad for lunch, and also a Greek yogurt at dinner...I get approx 90g for protein a day, what I mentioned above is just part of my diet, the fruit part...it's not my entire diet LOL!
