When you loose weight you will loose your boobs.. No ifs, ands or buts about it.. Your genetics will play a role in how much you will loose though. My lowest weight had me at a 34 C (anorexic low weight).. currently i'm a healthy weight at a 36 DD.. I was a 38 DD.. so I'm really looking forward to getting back to a 34 C
Has anyone lost weight but kept their same bra size? I hear so many women say that when they lost weight, they decreased in cup size. Is this true? My sister needs to lose about 50 pounds but is worried about loosing breast size. She was a 36C before she gained weight and is now a 38DD. Will she go back to a 36C?
The human breast tissue is 90% fat so it stands to reason that as you loose weight (and fat) then there will be a loss of breast size.
The way I look at it your breasts will be in proportion if you loose weight. If you build muscle by exercise you will slim down and your breasts will look better because the muscles will lift them. When I go married I was a 34B and it fit my slender body. I gained weight (about 50#) and am an ample 38C and I feel that as I trim down the right way it will all work out fine. Most of my weight is in the stomach and midriff, typical middle age spread...but I am way past middle age unless I live to be 118, lol.
I have had this body for over 10 years and I want my thin one back even if it means smaller breasts.
Love your body because if you love it you will take care of it and carrry it well.

Well obviously some of those 50 pounds went to her breasts to make them a 38DD. Then LOGICALLY speaking she will go back to her normal size after she loses the 50 poundsThe things people worry about are really really ridiculous. Its great though that you show such a strong interest in your sister's breasts.

Reason: .
Small breasts and a svelte, healthy body are far more attractive than being fat with big boobs. I've been the former my whole life, and have no lack of attention or men telling me I'm sexy. Stand me next to an overweight girl with big boobs and I can guarantee I'll be the one that gets hit on unless the guy is a chubby-chaser.
It's my understanding that if your breasts are composed of a lot of fatty tissue and you lose a lot of weight, you will lose a lot in the breasts. Some women, however, have breast tissue that is composed of less fat and will consequently, not lose that much if they lose weight. I may not be explaining this very well but I thought it made sense and explains why some women don't lose as much in the breast area when they lose as others seem to do.
Regarding the OP, I agree with what Lisalan said. If the OP's sister was smaller before, I think it's very logical to assume that yes, she will go back to about the size she was before gaining weight.
