Hello, Did someone of you heard of weight loss product reductan? Because I heard it was very effective, and I want to use it. If anyone knows more, please give me advice. Thank you.

I understood you fine...so sorry I have never heard of that one.

A guy friend just lost 12 pounds and looks great.
I asked what he did....cut out the cookies he ate at night and no more
bread...meaning, really anything made with flour,, including pasta.
Trust me, he doesn't excercise.
(He already doesn't drink alch or put sugar in his coffee, never drinks soda anyway.)

you don't need a weight loss product, and almost every single weight loss product does not work. Listen to what miss hepburn said. Losing weight is about not eating as many calories, pure and simple. If you keep eating enough food your body will have no reason to access it's energy reserves (fat). So you have to short your energy intake via food in order to make your body tap into it's fat stores to make up the difference.

If you want to lose weight then try to do exercise everyday. In food avoid fats food and eat less. Drink maximum water to burn calories. In exercise do running because this is the only exercise in which our complete body parts work.

Its just another diet pill that doesn't work. theres no pill thats going to fix a poor diet and sedentary lifestyle, if you want to lose weight proper diet and exercise are your only options.

For loose weight Do three most important thing such as a Physical Work-out, Diet, Sleep. For Physical Work-out do different kind of physical work-out like as a yoga, running, jogging, cardio, aerobic etc
