I'm not going to go completely raw. I already either boiled or steamed everything. No red meat. I eat my fat usually unheated in avocado or almonds and olives. I try to stay away from golden brown baked goods too (Yeah. What blasphemy!) I'm glad my natural dislike of bacon, ham, pepperoni and processed meat in general actually has scientific backing.
I was talking about advanced glycation end products which in high amounts in processed meat and meat or anything with heated high fat or protein content.
Never even really heard of, or thought about AGEs until this thread. Since I eat very little sugar, never burn my food, and eat plenty of brown rice it isn't something I worry about.
