Anyone have any good mixes of items for maintaining protein levels?
I eat a handful of peanuts each day, chicken or fish at least every other day, yogurts.
Lab test showed the only deficiency was protein.

An egg every morning, 3-4 ounces of some kind of lean animal-based product every day - you can switch off - 3 ounces of chicken breast in your salad one day, a 4-ounce sirloin-burger the next day, 4 ounces of salmon with lemon and garlic the next day, etc. etc. Also, if you can tolerate dairy, add a little cheese to your daily menu. A few cubes of cheddar for an afternoon snack.

Animal meat. Every day. 1 gram per pound of lean bodyweight (even 1 gram per kilo of bodyweight is alright). Pretty simple.
