I'm gunna need a citation on this one but I'm pretty sure you just made that up. I've never heard of this, the body breaks down all fats into basic triglycerides then stores them. Insulin, cortisol, and other hormones along with genetics dictate where the fat is stored. Getting the fat off has to do with the ratio of a2 to b2 receptors in a given area, the more "stubborn" the area, the more a2 receptors.

Fats are absolutely necessary for health and to lose weight. They help you feel full and satisfied longer.
Weight Loss should be a combination of steps no only cutting one or other main nutritional groups.
Strength training is very important for weight loss and will also help you to give shape and form in the areas you are looking for.

It is under study the fact that trans fats got stored in the abdominal area.
