What are you doing?

What are you eating?

What type of exercise are you doing?

Don't try diets. Try eating as a normal person should eat. Small portions of healthy foods, like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, beans and legumes. And get your body moving.

You are not burning more calories than you are consuming. That is why you are not losing any weight.
Start a food log. Write down or record every single thing you eat. By doing that you will be able to tell where you are overeating.
You also need to focus on the types of foods you are eating. It has been spelled out so many times on this board I am not going to bother typing it again.

You can go to sites like myfitnesspal or sparkpeople and learn quite a bit from those sites. You will also be able to log your food intake there.

In order to lose weight you have to WANT to lose weight. You have to be willing to make a commitment to do it. There is NO EASY WAY to lose weight. Once you realize that and you are ready to make sacrifices then you will be on your way.

Good luck.

Figure out how many calories you need to lose at a decent pace. Then, COUNT CALORIES, all calories.......you will lose weight.

What I've been doing is eating is mainly a heavily chicken and vegetable diet. I've never been able to lose weight before but now I am without too much effort. It's not extremely fast, but consistent. Also, be more active than you'd usually be. I've been eating brown rice or sweet potatoes if I'm craving carbs. I've allowed myself treats on occasion but I try to stay limited. I find if I refrain from buying junk I don't have it around and can avoid it more easily. Lean proteins, lots of vegetables, and fruits to cut the sweets cravings. Avoid pretty much anything processed. You're better off controlling what you put in you're food. I hope it helps!

Default hello

What is the thing you are doing seriously ? Are you doing enough exercise, not only exercise but also proper diet is needed. There should be proper balance in between it diet & exercise.
In vein if you exercise & eat a lot during meal time. So do it properly, get a diet & exercise chart properly from your instructor. Eat well balanced food. Include green salad, vegetables, different types of fruits in meal.
Also take the green tea, cause green tea helps reduces extra body fats from the body.
Do it seriously & with dedication, definitely you will see the result.

Go to myfitnesspal.com and start a nutrition/exercise diary with your own specific inputs and you will see why.

It works have turned a number of female coworkers onto it over the years and they lost weight.

Seeing what you eat and what you do not do in terms of exercise is a genuine motivator to change ways.

Small portions? That means nothing if you do not know the micronutrient values.

It is not possible to loss weight in short time but if you do regular exercises and scheduled diet with suggested health supplements then you can make it possible. You should count your calories during workout and after workout so that you can estimate your exercise counting.
