This thread is for those who actually have emotional/psychological issues that contribute to your struggles with weight, especially issues that began in your childhood and/or are connected to traumatic events. This thread is not intended for those who have no personal experience with this, and thank you for respecting that.



Have you, or haven't you, had any measure of success in healing this area of your life to the point where it's actually made a difference in your thought processes and behavior, and would you be willing to share a bit about that? What has or has not worked for you?
