Youtube has some good stuff on training, diet, and just about everything else. Once in a while I stray a bit and need some motivation. I would go to youtube and find the fittest physics and the most intense trainings to inspire me. This dude has good diet advice for the masses.
21 Day Fix is a program that includes a 30 min workout and portion control, color-coded containers. It uses the concept eat less, move more , but gives you the tools to do it if you want help. Totally working for me! I have lost 40 pounds so far and have 30 left to go. As I get closer to my goal, I am going to start doing weights as well. Good luck!
