The C25K program tells me "start running," "start walking." I want something that will say "start Tabataing," "stop Tabataing."

Tabata is work hard for 20 - 30 seconds rest for 10. This is repeated 8 times, give or take. Tabata music may have a whistle that is blown to start the intensity part.
