And don't listen to the Calories in/out stuff. That's the diet yo/yo. "Calories don't make you fat", unheathy food does.

Things like this just confuse the average person who wants to lose weight. I bet so many people read stuff like this and say you know what, I give up, I don't know what to do, I'm just gonna keep eating like a pig.
I say listen to the CICO thing, but lift weights so that you have more muscle and thus burn fat more efficiently and thus can eat a little more.
