Have a snack, you know you want one. You deserve it for such a good day today.

Variate your calorie intake. The body knows when it is being starved so you should only cut calories for two days and then increase them the third day. When the body feels it is being starved it will adjust to perform the same activities using less calories thwarting your weight loss efforts so keep it guessing. Throw in a treat day once a week so you don't feel deprived of your favorite things. Feeling deprived can often be the undoing of a good diet regime. Good luck in your efforts.

The body does not do that in two days. Just eat a sensible amount of calories.

You are right. Two days is not enough time for the body to go into conservation mode but a week or two would be. We don't really want the body to get to that point. I should expand on what I said earlier. What I meant was reduce calorie intake for two days, increase on the third day and reduce again the following two days in a pattern to mix it up so the body does not get to the point where it is going into conservation mode. You could probably go three days on the reduce end but I would not do more than that.

What kind of eating plan are you following?

You could try carrying a little emergency pac with you. I have raw almonds, a banana and a can of tuna with me. I like salted almonds, banana bread and tuna with mayo and bread. I don't much care for them plain, but if I am hungry I will eat them. It helps me distinguish between real hunger and just a desire to eat because there is something tasty I could get.
