I am hoping to add some healthy tips, and ideas to help others, and encourage each other.

I am now down 40 lbs, and near my goal of 50 lbs total. I've been at it for just under 10 months (i.e. changing my lifestyle and trying to lose weight).

So far, I'm at 12-13 pounds lost. I know it will take months more but better than nothing. Up to 4 miles a day walking and plan to introduce more activity.

I also plan to read your blogs - I love personal, real stories.

Unlike other diet program, the 3 week diet does not require detox or liquid diet. It involves using real foods that not only taste great but also help losing weight. There are no detox juices, special teas or diet shakes required in the program. The 3 Week Diet Reviews - Is Brian Flatt Program Scam?

I am doing weight watchers and I am down 35 pounds. Have about 30 more to go. I look and feel great! I started my journey (again) in 2011 and was down to about 50 lbs. but then I fell off the wagon for a year. Back on the wagon the last year. It's tough but I am not a quitter.

A few weeks ago, my Dr told me to loose 5 lbs before my next appt (in 2 mos). It's been 6 weeks, and I've managed to loose 10 lbs! I make sure to have protein with EVERY meal, and eat lots of non-starchy vegies. I love roasted vegies, so I make a big pan of them every other day or so, and use different spices on them so it doesn't get boring.

I read that it is the chemical emusifiers in bread that makes it so fattening. The emulsifiers are in Bread and Gluten flour, so I use a variety of regular flours. To make up for the emulsifiers, you add one egg white after the machine has run 2 minutes, and cut down on the water about 1 tablespoon. If the dough is still sticky, add more flour 1 T at a time. Next time, cut the water more. Be sure to use at least 1/2 regular white flour or the bread will be kinda heavy. It's really nice to enjoy a couple slices of bread every day and still keep loosing weight!
