So if a thread like this exists, I apologize.

Similar to the 'workout of the day', this is intended as the dinner of the day.

Today was:

Sautéed onions and celery with rosemary, thyme, oregano. Then added olives stuffed with jalapeños.

Added mushrooms, reduced with Pinot Grigio, and added calamari:scallops/shrimp.

After the sauce formed, added Mariano tomatoes and lemon pepper seasoning with rigatoni (1.5 cups for 3 people). Topped with a palm/Romano/Asiago blend.

Yay, I love food threads!

Coming into the homestretch of working til midnight [almost] every night, I had leftovers from yesterday: roast chicken, bulgar, steamed broccoli

Nice thread, but I don't think this is the right forum for it.

Last night was a cauliflower, green chiles, chicken, various peppers, cream cheese, sour cream, and cheese bake.

We're doing a local restaurant week tomorrow so all healthy-eating bets are off!

I had wings tonight! (Homemade...extra crispy) With salad and roasted potatoes...

We are fairly "healthy"...whatever that means! We work, dance, move about and are happy!

You don't have to eat one thing all the time to be healthy...the key is moderation and variety!

agree. I guess it could be under heath and wellness, but here we do discuss a lot about diet.

I keep saying, tomorrow I will start the low carb; high protein diet but tomorrow turns into weeks and months it seems. Why? Well. spoiled brat loves his Mexican food and his pasta. I have little will power. I eat less cards them him. An added problem, our life style often makes it harder to do "low Carb' but I am a strong supporter of the plan. We do eat a lot of veggies and fruit. A typical meal for us, was last night.

small top sirloin steak grilled
grilled squash, peppers and potato
salad with romaine, tomatoes, onions bacon bits, and shredded cheese.
