Can't seem to find any in store; like Whole Foods, etc. I'm battling Candida, and really miss bread. Just wondering if anyone has had a good experience with a gluten-free yeast free option?? Thanks!

If you don't get any suggestions, maybe someone in the Recipes forum can help with making your own?

For me it's gluten free yeast free romaine lettuce leaves. I stopped bringing breads in my house over 5 yrs now and don't miss it for a second. Candida is not my issue but since I live with a mess from a hip replacement, I cannot exercise and walk like I did all my life, so I have to cut out some foods or I'd blow up. To me, breads are dead and no need to put them in my body. We really don't need breads. When I started thinking about this, I bought some of whole foods gluten free breads and wasn't that wild about them, very heavy and just said the heck with all breads...don't need nor want them. The romaine lettuce leaves make wonderful wraps if I want a sandwich type food.

There's a bread recipe somewhere on this site but I'm too sleepy to look for it. She's got some nice gluten free, yeast free recipes though.

The biscuits were good.
