I am new guy here. Opened my account here few days ago. I am in worry situation. I would like to know the way to fat loss. Hope someone know the way and share with me.
By "natural" do you mean without drugs? I'm assuming that's what that must mean. If it does, of course there is - eat at a reasonable, doable deficit and work out.
"Deficit" for your height, weight, age and activity level may be different from a similar person's "deficit" as we all operate differently, so use a good calculator to get a starting calorie piont and tweak from there. At least that's how I've done it. I know women with stats similar to mine, including hypothyrodism, who can eat much more than I can and still lose (or maintain), and I know women of similar stats who have to eat less than I do. But we're ALL eating at a deficit as compared to what our bodies are using (or were if we're at goal). I add workouts because they reshape my body really nicely and when I don't work out I do measure larger in certain areas I'd rather not, like my waist and midriff.

You're not just promoting this site, right?
I mean you're brand-new, you asked us for an answer, now you say you already had an answer.
Whatever your M.O., good luck and good health to you. I don't need Danny Kennedy, personally, whomever he is. Mr. Kennedy's amazing insights won't change the fact that when I eat the correct amount for me and move around, my weight makes me smile and I feel healthy. But thanks all the same.

And the answer is...
Eat less, move more. Doesn't get simpler than that, but it's hard to peddle overpriced supplements which don't do anything if you just say it like it is. That site is just a complicated way of presenting eat less, move more.
Hi! I think lose weight in natural way it is change the way of thinking about foods and yourself. You must work with food addiction. When you change your mind about food, you lose weight without any efforts, diets, sports, nutritions and other. It's working, tested! Good luck!
I found the simplest way to lose weight. It's called walking. I know it is a radical idea, but here me out. I got up to 230 lbs. I can't run due to a disability. So I started walking. At first, a quarter of a mile, everyday. Next thing you know, I'm at a mile a day, then 2, then 3. I'm at 3.5 miles a day now, and I am down to 200. I haven't changed anything in regards to my eating, but I've never been a big eater. I got my wife to start walking, and she has lost 15 lbs so far. I'm just going to keep adding distance every couple of weeks and keep it going until I get back to 140 lbs, which is what I am supposed to weigh. It should take me about a year or so. Much better than a heart attack by 40, which is where I was going.
I read a report from a biomechanical engineer that said that our bodies were designed for walking long distances to find food. That back in the good ole hunter gatherer days humans could cover 30 miles a day in search of food, and that the sedentary life we live is the absolute worst thing that we could have done to ourselves. Like locking a greyhound in the basement.
