used to drink one bottle of wine every week that was too much, now drinking about once big chunk (4-6 beers or one bottle of wine) every other week or sometimes 1 1/2 week. is it still too much? Target is no more than 1 per month.

I'm pretty sure drinking small amounts over multiple days is much better for you than doing it all in a one time binge every couple of weeks.
Depends on what you mean by too much. If you have an alcohol problem any amount is too much.
A glass of wine or two a night, has more health benefits than not drinking. But if you are trying to lose weight then skip the booze completely. If you need to put a quantity into a week or a day seems like you have some issues that should be addressed.
yes it is called binge drinking! perhaps i should reduce the amount each time twice and concentrate on that.
