In the morning and you look at the mirror what do you see first?

Do you stare at your face and shout "Good Morning Beautiful!"

Or do you start to criticize your body?

I suggest you go with "Good Morning Beautiful" and see how that changes your day.

I see someone who looks much thinner than I weigh, it's really weird.

I have a very very low body fat percentage, and a narrow frame, but any meat on that frame is muscle, so I am heavier than I look. I asked someone to guess how much I weigh and they said 143lbs. Then I weighed myself and it read 172lbs. So that was weird. I don't like it because as a man my body looks thinner and weaker to other people than it really is. I guess you could say I would be one of those deceptively strong "skinny" people because any weight I do have is muscle and no fat.

I always look in the mirror before I jump into the shower. Its a daily check in of what I really look like. I will adjust my diet and exercise accordingly.

I'd have to wait till after I pee or I'd wet myself laughing.

Every time I look in the mirror, I still am astounded how I stay single when I am such a handsome looking specimen.

The ladies seriously do not know what they are missing out on.

I have fully body mirror so first thing I see are my abs. Always gotta make sure the 6 pack stays intact.

Second thing I see is my face/eyes. Notice that if I had a beer (or two) the night before my face/eyes seem a tad bit puffy in the morning. If no beer, face looks good/normal.
