I see someone who looks much thinner than I weigh, it's really weird.
I have a very very low body fat percentage, and a narrow frame, but any meat on that frame is muscle, so I am heavier than I look. I asked someone to guess how much I weigh and they said 143lbs. Then I weighed myself and it read 172lbs. So that was weird. I don't like it because as a man my body looks thinner and weaker to other people than it really is. I guess you could say I would be one of those deceptively strong "skinny" people because any weight I do have is muscle and no fat.
I always look in the mirror before I jump into the shower. Its a daily check in of what I really look like. I will adjust my diet and exercise accordingly.
When you look in the mirror what do you see first? (exercise, fat)
I have fully body mirror so first thing I see are my abs. Always gotta make sure the 6 pack stays intact.
Second thing I see is my face/eyes. Notice that if I had a beer (or two) the night before my face/eyes seem a tad bit puffy in the morning. If no beer, face looks good/normal.
