Does anyone notice bruising when they exercise? I tend to get bruises on my legs from, I think, running. They last for weeks and appear usually mostly on my calves but also my thighs. I've never noticed them on my arms, and they appear after I work out. Not regularly, it's not like I'm covered in bruises, but that's their definite cause when they do appear. I don't run a lot, I do interval running where I'll run for a few minutes then walk for more, often on an incline, then run again, etc. and it's mostly on the treadmill. Does anyone else have this issue? It's not something I'm concerned about, I'm just curious because most people I tell don't have the same problem.
