Anyone on the Low FODMAP diet? (enzymes, doctor, gluten, salt)

Wasn't sure where to post this... I started on this diet last December after the colon doctor said
I needed to... it's mostly about avoiding wheat and dairy, not gluten-free per se, but I do
buy gluten-free bread and cookies and crackers. I also don't drink soda anymore (no beer was advised as well but I never drank that anyway.)
I also was advised to take 2 enzyme caplets with lunch and dinner, and a probiotic at night,
and have 1 tablespoon of Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar with each meal. I told her that was not gonna
happen at breakfast but I do try to do the ACV at lunch and dinner. The doctor did say the enzymes wouldn't be "forever" but I have not been back recently to ask about cutting them out or down. I am thinking of going to one at lunch and one at dinner.
Just wondering about anyone else's experiences on Low FODmap? I would love to find a commercial salad dressing for starters... there is virtually nothing out there without onion powder or garlic powder.
If there is another site here or on the web where people talk about this I'd be glad to hear about it.
Make your own salad dressing. It is not hard. And if you just get a small jar, you can shake it up - no blending.
Easy balsamic vinaigrette: olive oil, balsamic, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. You can add herbs too. I like 1:1 oil and vinegar and about 1/4 mustard. You do not need much, it helps emulsify. Shake vigorously and you are done.
Use any vinegar, acid that you like. Things like soy sauce and ginger can be great too. You can add yogurt or blend avocado for a smooth dressing. Maybe honey if you need sweetener. Tahini and nut butters are good additions too.
