There's virtually no way to lose weight "fast and safe" if you don't want it all to come roaring back with some extra pounds for good measure. That's the mistake so many fad diets make today: they emphasize the speed at which you can lose the weight. Then your body goes into "shortage" mode and triggers mechanisms not only to take in more calories, but to emphasize conservation to store the ones you take in. If you want to lose weight and keep it off long-term, slow and steady is the way to do it.
The video also makes the mistake of going straight to exercise as a weight loss tool. While physical activity -- not necessarily exercise -- can help with healthy weight loss and maintaining a healthy weight, you won't lose weight long-term through exercise or alone or even substantially through exercise. As the old saying goes, "you can't outrun your fork."
