Currently starting takinf an amino supplement from Purbolics and it is amazing as well as one of the best green super food supplement out there , however both are online and takes over a week to get so I would prefer driving to my local store and buying when I am out .

But I don't believe gnc carries either product

What is the best amino acid supplement at gnc
And what is the best super greens powder ? I currently use greens freak from bodybuilding

Make sure you’re consuming plenty of high quality protein (the dairy sources are the best) and you will be well supplied with amino acids. Any supplementation beyond that is superfluous.

We are using "Complete Greens" from an online distributor. You may have a local rep who can provide from stock. Look at shop.com

OP: Why not go into a GNC and talk to the people who work there...Yes, they sell supplements but so many today are supplementing. Our foods are depleted with nutrients and hence the supports people use. GNC has been around a LONG TIME and how good they are I do NOT know. I started using supplements about 25 yrs ago and I'm much older than you. But I'm OK with what I do.

Everyone needs to do their own thing.

I don't trust the workers there . I feel like they try and take advantage of people who may not know as much as them and make them buy more expensive things to boost their sales or commission

OK, everyone is in business to make a a living, money is what they call it.

We have a homeopathic pharmacy in our town and it's been here since 1948, and they sell everything alternative and they have consultants who know a LOT. and They have helped me over years and yes they too are in business to make a living and pay their overhead.
