Think about it this way - If there were a pill, potion, or bar that helped with healthy weight loss everyone would know about it. It would be front page news.
On another note, I think real food is always going to be better than highly processed meal supplements. But hey, its your money.
I have no idea about this product. But, if you are still looking for weight loss methods, then I can suggest you some ways. It is often said that drinking water can help with weight loss.
Doing cardio is also a good way to burn calories. It is a good way to improve your health. Try regular workout to shed weight. You can also try recipes from a slimming guide like guide minceur.
I'm already thin, I just want to be thinner--and stronger. My habits are low fat vegan, no alcohol or sugar (or rarely) and yoga and Aikido (20 years). As I get older, the healthier I seem to get but I am curious about new products.

Why do you want to get thinner than you already are? And thin and strong really dont go together. Your goal should be to get fit.
And whatever the latest gizmo be it food or supplement that promises weight loss will indeed make you lose weight - in your wallet and nowhere else.
Looks like any other meal replacement bar. Looks like yes, it is designed for weight loss by "controlling cravings/appetite" The less than stellar reviews should tell you something. I know you want "insider info" but at the end of the day, anything that causes "stomach distress" is not something I'd want to try.
I, too, wonder why someone who is already thin wants to lose 20 (rather than 5, or even 10) lbs?
