Saw some Slimfast at the store the other day that had 20gr protein and 1 carb. I thought that was pretty great so I bought a couple. Vanilla and chocolate.
I love coffee creamer. Sometimes I buy myself a bottle for Christmas or my birthday. But I know it's bad for me so that's about the only time I buy.
I tasted the Slimfast and decided to try it in coffee. It was pretty good and it has the same mouth 'feel' as creamer. I went back and got more. I can have all of this I want!
If you decide to try it, read the labels. There are several kinds of Slimfast and some are loaded with sugar!
The ingredients in those kinds of drinks scare me away and while they dont taste bad i get the same taste with whole milk and a couple of drops of vanilla extract.

When I started my weight-loss journey in February, 2017 I decided right upfront that eliminating certain items made little to no sense. I usually only put about a tablespoon of half-and-half in my coffee and about double that amount in 2% milk in my tea. When estimating out the calories, the entire payload on a given day was never more than maybe 60-80 , max.
I mean, how much creamer are you putting in your coffee that swapping it with a lower calorie substitute is making an impact?
I put 1/2 and 1/2 in my coffee and I am not worried about the calories so much because it is a small amount and I LOVE my morning coffee. What I wont do whether I am actively trying to lose a pound or two or not, is eat foods with long ingredients lists of crap. The above ingredients list is a joke. There is no actual food on that list.
Nothing but Heavy Whipping Cream for me. Sure, it's about 35% fat but I could care less. After all, it's only a little bit and my diet calls for high fat anyway. I do not shy away from fat calories. Nothing compares to it especially not made up junk as was previously described. Have you seen the ingredients on the "creamer" that is sold in supermarkets. It contains NO cream, it has no business being called creamer and neither does powdered creamer.
Here is an example of "French Vanilla International Delight".

A little creamer or cream isn’t going to break your diet. Note, I said a little. I’m a light coffee drinker. Only one cup a day. Maybe two sometimes . Never more than two. I need to find something healthy to snack on. Any suggestions? I love chips and salty. Not really into sweets so much.

Love sour pickles. Also love slicing up a cuke and dipping into salsa (which by the way, is a remarkably low calorie indulgence).

TOO MUCH! Would honestly be my best guess. And I drink a lot of coffee, maybe 40oz a day. I usually do my 20oz mug twice.
