Since last October I lost about 30 pounds. May 1st I went on vacation. While on vacation i gained about 4 pounds. I was gone for a month and didn't work out or really tracking my calories like I did before I left, so the 4 pounds make sense.
Anyways, when I came back to work on June 1st, already 4 people has commented on how much more weight I lost. These are people I talked and worked with right before I left on vacation so they already know I lost a bunch a weight before leaving on vacation. But now they think I lost even more..lol..I don't get it. One girl couldn't believe it when I said I gained some.
Has this happen to you?
If you work with them and they see you almost everyday of the week, then going on vacation (probably getting a nice tan) and coming back they are most likely seeing you with fresh eyes and are now noticing changes that have been there before....those 4 pounds could be bloat/water weight as well so the number you're seeing on the scale may not be the type of weight that you are thinking you've gained....
a guy i'm seeing thinks i have lost and he told me i'm getting skinny. like... no lol. i actually gained five lbs or so, but luckily it's going to my butt lol.
