I thought that happens when you gain weight but I lost it (confirmed on my scale and dr scale). I’m assuming it’s just lose skin? I noticed it on my arms also. I walk and/ or go on the elliptical everyday so I would think that would build muscle. I know lose skin happens when you loose a large amount of weight but I’ve lost only 20 and want to lose 30 more. Am I losing muscle tone or something and that is causing my thigh issues?
Not sure about the rubbing, but the elliptical and walking are not going to really build muscle, some dedicated weight lifting in increasing increments will firm things up.
