I do intermittent fasting which is supposed to help with insulin as well. I don't do it for that reason though, I do it to help me stay in control of my eating habits. I used to just eat mindlessly all day long....
The GOLO Diet can be expensive, confusing and difficult to follow. Additionally, given the lack of research available, it’s unclear whether it has any additional benefits over regular diet and exercise.
