Grape Seed Extract and Weight Loss (carbs, lose weight, plan, cover)

Now this is a new one on me, but not too surprising. It seems like almost every time I turn around a new discovery on the Grape Seed Ex. A person on another group has been taking it now for a little while and reported to me, he's lost about 20 lbs. He's working harder now planting gardens, but the loss and thought could the Grape Seed Ex accelerated the loss. So I went digging and did find info related to this:

So for some of you with stubborn weight loss issues, why not a good trial. Could be a lot to it. More than we know. I've cut back on heavy carbs/sugars but do like to eat so I'm not suffering but maybe the GSE is saving me to in the weight world.

Grape seed oils not the magic elixir to lose weight. It is a great oil to cook with though because of its high flash point and mild taste. But as a magic diet aid - doubtful. But you know what they say about a fool and his money.
