I get it, I think. Weight loss can be very specific to each individual person. What works for me may not work for you, and vice versa. I have a very close girlfriend who can only lose weight though a Keto diet. Nothing else has worked for her.
I need intermittent fasting in combination with calorie counting (because of my addiction issues, I can eat food like I used to drink alcohol....) Trying to cut carbs too much causes me to fall off the rails. Every. Single. Time.
