So now that I've gotten myself a running habit, I'd like to do something to tone myself and burn calories on days I'm not running. I have a lot of equipment free workouts showing up on my social media feeds, but I'm wondering if there's any that anyone has used and can recommend.

Otherwise, I'll just be doing planks, squats, lunges, crunches and pushups and boring myself silly.

Some pretty good stuff in the book, "Thrive Fitness".

Minimal, or no equipment needed.

If I couldn't go to the gym, I'd get a Mirror or some such. Too boring otherwise.
I think this is the last week we're gonna be stuck out in the Y's parking lot. Next phase, June 26.

Hi,
You can also do hip bridges, mountain climbers, burpee, and skipping.
Thanks.

Honestly I often troll YouTube to find instructors and workouts that I like. I don't know how intense you want to be, but I like PopSugar, BodyBySimone, Lauren Boggi.
