A good keto snack for satisfying your sweet tooth:
Melt 4 squares of unsweetened chocolate in a small sauce pan with 1 tsp butter, add stevia or whatever sweetener you use, cool slightly, and add 1/4 -1/2 cup nuts of your choice.
Pour onto a pate lined with parchment paper and chill in fridge. Break into pieces and store in fridge.
