Are you an athlete? His diet is customized for his lifestyle.
No, I am certainly no athlete, but my train of thought was 'optimally functioning human machine' and I thought it might be appropriate (with a few modifications) for a woman as well.
Fruits, veggies, seeds, nuts, lotsa liquids....alkaline, I believe, which some people say is crazy. I did see where he said he was loosening up a bit and if he wanted a piece of pizza he would have the 'best' pizza, etc.
And he doesn't drink, although there are stories that he was a little tipsy after the Super Bowl Boat Celebration.
I don't see anything manly about his diet. Its just healthy unprocessed foods, maybe a lot of carbs for some people but he burns them off.I don't know what a "woman adjustment" would look like lol...
I don’t think there is anything wrong with it, but keep in mind that smoothies can have a lot of sugar. That is probably good for Tom because he has an active lifestyle, but might not work for everyone. It’s also likely that you don’t need nearly as much liquid, as you aren’t going to be exercising hard all day in the hot Tampa sun in the middle of summer.
That said, focusing on fruits, veggies, and health protein is just fine.
I remember reading about Michael Phelps 7,000 calorie a day diet. I would love to do that, but I would turn into a boar pig. It sounds like Tom Brady eats very healthy and I am sure he has a trainer and chef and medical staff that help him with the optimal diet. If I did his diet, I would just be me doing a healthy optimal diet. Genetics, innate athletic ability, talent, the brain/body construct to do what he does makes him Tom Brady. I would almost bet he would perform nearly the same or the same on any standard diet.

His diet is probably appropriate for all of us, but it is a demanding program.
The long term excellence of Tom Brady begs one nagging question: What the hell does this guy eat?
Turns out he has created a special exercise and diet plan he calls the TB12 Method. The "method" is a total package of exercise and nutrition. The diet portion is summarized here with lists of what's in and what's out.
His diet sounds a lot like the KETO diet, low on carbs and heavy on fruits, vegetables, protein and some whole grains.
