Which calorie counter site have you found to be most reliable?
I was just checking cooked cabbage and got results from 25 to 65 calories.
The same has happened with other foods.
That's not very helpful!
I do it the old fashioned way with a kitchen scale. It took a few days to measure the food I usually eat and get a mental picture of what 100 grams of a food look like. It's simple because I only eat a few foods, mainly meats, eggs, and fish.
I use cronometer app. It’s free and allows you to keep track of macros. You can also scan in items, super easy.
