Science? Looks more like a
flawed study using bad statistical models.
Allulose is a naturally occurring sugar found at low concentrations in fruits and vegetables. It’s not metabolized by humans so it has very little glycemic effect. Should someone consume 100g of Allulose at a sitting? Of course not, and the same would be true of any sugar or sweetener.
