I was looking into this product. Diet and exercise are not working for me. Over 6 months, diet caloric intake down 33%, approximately. Lower carbs, reduced sugar intake.. Nothing.
So, I have seen compounded semaglutide. I am under the impression it has semaglutide in it, but may be mixed with B12, and other OTC type drugs..
Any reviews, recommendations etc? Not here to argue about diabetics etc. Just facts and reviews if you have used it or are using it.

My co-worker just started this 3 weeks ago and she said it has helped with her appetite. She is not at the full dosage yet.

Thanks. I cant find what the actual semaglutide is in compounding, but it seems to be the salt.. Seems no clear answer either..

Does your co-worker use the semaglutide medicines produced by Novo Nordisk or the compounded semaglutide that's from another source?

The former is the pure stuff, approved by the FDA, the latter is usually a semaglutide salt (semaglutide sodium or semaglutide acetate). The FDA allows compounded medicines only when there's a shortage of the original, and has not reviewed such compounded medicines for safety, performance, or effectiveness.

At least, that's what some googled articles say...

They are still under strict guidelines via the states who certifies the pharmacy who makes them. So, back on topic please.
