The last time I seriously dieted was in 2004 for my wedding, and I lost 14 pounds within 2 months. But I have no motivation now! I have no close girlfriends that need to diet-I'm not fat, but compared to my other friends, I'm the biggest.

I would like to lose aboout 14 pounds again. I am the same exact weight I was when I lost the 14 pounds. I did it by south beach and exercising, but I hated eating the south beach.

If someone wants to diet with me...post a weekly weight like every monday, we can start an original poll with our weights now and then see how we're doing...as long as people don't lie...I just need some help!

I don't really want to lose weight, but I would like to get rid of that extra baggage on my mid section and bum bum, I doubt the ladies think that is very sexy lol.

I could post how I'm doing with that!

I'll do it with you but I have one request: can we start in two days? I'm having some serious chocolate cravings this week

I don't go on any special diet, I just try to eat less and exercise more but I guess it doesn't matter how we do it as long as it works. let me know how you would like to do this and I'm with you.

Oh I was definitely planning on starting in 2 days. I could never start on a weekend!! Starting on Monday would be great. We could weigh in every Monday, but maybe throughout the week have an inquiring question as to how everyone is doing, anyone cheat yet, and so on!!

Rance i will start the exercise one,I only post Monday thru Friday I take weekends off
I hope everyone thinks about doing some kind of exercise even if it walking around the block or dancing in your livingroom to the radio
it does help while dieting

since I will do it daily you might want a seperate one for the weekly check in for the diet part

You can all spend the summer at my farm as volunteer labor helping me build 3,000' of four rail wooden fence. You'll lose 14 pounds of fat and gain 7 pounds of muscle and it won't cost you a dime
