I have found that when I use a site called fit Day, I get better results. This is no matter what technique I am using, no matter what diet.
You are holding yourself accountable for the things you eat and it shows you how many calories you have eaten and graphs what it all is, such as proteins, carbs, etc.
You can put in your daily weight and it will graph it for you.
