Anyone else starting a new diet/fitness plan on 1/1? (pounds, food, hospital)

At work I joined a plan that the local hospital is sponsoring called "Lighten Up 4 Life". There are 4 people on my team. I did this last year and lost 15 pounds before taking over a couple of additional areas for work, which killed me since I was traveling a lot.
For my "plan" I ready Body For Life. Started the weights part around Thanksgiving. Yesterday the SO was giving me a haircut and she said "take off your shirt so I can get your neck". I removed it, she said "wow, your arms have grown a bit!". I looked in the mirror and already see a difference. Now to get the food under control. :P
