I recently stopped taking the pill , and am hoping to lose the weight I gained while in it. It's been two weeks, and nothing really yet.

Any experience with this?

I've never gained weight while on the Pill, so I can't say if the Pill is the cause or not.

I do know that when I recently went back on them (over a yr ago) I dropped 15 lbs without even trying.

As I said, it's only been two weeks. It took you longer than two weeks to put the weight on, give it longer than two weeks for it to come off.

How many lbs are you talking about anyway? Are you sure you're calorie count is correct?

are you keeping a food diary and logging everything you eat? Are you sure you're only eating 1200 calories a day? Are you watching portions or just guessing? What about exercise? What are you doing on a daily basis?

It's 80% diet and 20% exercise..if you're only doing 1200 calories a day you should've dropped at least 2-3 lbs by now.

There are so many different levels of hormones in the pill that if one makes you gain weight change it. You probably need one with less estrogen. Back when I was on it I went through 3 different ones. Once I got the right dosage it never gave me a problem.

Maybe or you know for sure? You need to know the exact number of calories going in and the exact amount weight you've lost. There is no maybe, there is no guessing....use hard numbers. Numbers do not lie.

Your goal should be to lose no more that 1 to 1.5 lbs per week..that's it...you're on target as far as I can see. Keep it up!!!

It took my 5 different rxs before I found the pill that worked for me...I'm actually on one of the stronger ones and weight gain was my concern, but thank God is wasn't an issue.
