Day Seven:

Ran 2.5 miles
WT: 273

I am thinking I should incorporate some push ups and sit ups with this.....maybe some weight lifting....Baby steps though.
Seems like the extra half mile worked. I am finally seeing results. I was doing two miles for 3-6 days a week for 3 weeks and no results.....well, I wasn't gaining weight, I guess that is something.
I'm really glad they have tv's on the tread mills, makes the time go by and it is not so boring.

Note: I did the 2.5 miles in 35 minutes, will have to extend the run to 3 miles if I get under 35 min........

I guess your right, I'm going though a lot and having little to show for it. I don't think the pills are doing anything and I'm killing myself at the gym and going with out the things I normally eat. I quit smoking in 97, gained a bunch of weight and then started smoking in 2001 and the weight came off. I guess that is going to be the only thing that works for me.............Dam sigs here are over 7 bucks a pack, but I know that works.

I thought if these pills worked, it might help someone else, that is why I posted it here.

uh..........the only reason smoking is working is you want to put something in your mouth.......why not try eating healthy; what you have been eating this past week is horrid. If you eat a lot of vegetables and fiber you won't be as hungry. Honest. As an ex-smoker I understand the struggle.

I think people who lose weight by extreme diets / not eating enough are set for failure as their body adjusts to a SLOW METABOLISM so that they maintain weight on a little food. When they resume normal eating they just gain the weight back.

If you can't eat a Wendy's Doublestack with small chili lunch without gaining weight then you really aren't enjoying the beauty of eating nice food. I eat well and maintain my weight, but if I had to lose weight I would workout a lot with slight dieting.

You should also drink diet sodas when you drink a soda.
