^It depends on what/how you order. If you get spring rolls, fried wonton, crispy sweet & sour chicken swimming in sauce - it probably isn't much better than a Big Mac, french fries and chicken nuggets.
But if you order something like beef with broccoli or Hunan chicken and ask for the veggies/meat to be steamed and served over brown rice with the sauce on the side.....you get a pretty healthy meal, as long as you go *light* on the sauce.
My suggestion is to eat Chinese food only occasionally, plan ahead and be mindful when you do, enjoy what you eat but don't eat too much, and not worry so much about fat and calories.
