I find that its fairly expensive, but its so rich and creamy, that I can split a Trader Joes Greek Yoghurt into three servings- enjoy it more! Their mango one is fab!

Tastes so much better than the Yoplait or Danone- I went off those years ago.

I buy Fage yogurt from Costco and I sweeten it with Agave Nectar. Yummy!

Ok, went out and bought both Fage and Oikos greek yogurt. GAG! I hated both of them. Think I will stick to my regular Dannon or Yoplait. Too bad though because Greek yogurt is supposed to be better

Lots of people in my weight loss group use Fage but I don't know anyone that eatz it 'straight'.....most of us put Splenda or SF DaVinci syrups or a flavored protein powder in it. Some of us use it just as you would sour cream. It's filling and high protein/lo carb. Fhe popular yogurts they sell are high calorie and not nearly as 'healthful' as they present themselves.
