I just got an urgent request from one of my friends at Best Friends regarding two terrier mixes in need. Does anyone have any rescue contacts that are in or near the Panhandle of Florida? They are looking for a person or rescue group that could get them out of the county shelter they are in. They are described as "highly adoptable" and Best Friends would help with the transport arrangements. Best Friends is involved with a large Pit Bull rescue out of the area and have no room for these two.
Anyone, got any ideas? I'm trying to help find someone but we are schedule to leave here tomorrow morning at 7:00am.

I wish that I could help, but I know nothing about anything as far as rescues go.
I also wish that this wasn't on your mind today of all days. Hopefully someone has DM'd you and/or the situation is taken care of, because I want this to be the first day of a week of YOU and your family and your new addition.
