Yes that is beautiful and I found out that if deer dont see human very much and you are still around them they will stop and let you take pictures because sometimes they are as curious as you .

Deer are very curious creatures. We get great close-ups of them all the time as they investigate a game-camera - usually a great big eyeball or straight up a nostril. That's usually just before they try to nibble or play with it.

LTTP - are they white-tail or mule deer do you know?

It is said, although it's not something I've witnessed myself, that in particular white-tail does with fawns can be extraordinarily tame (no mulies in our neck of the woods) - which is odd because you'd sort of think the opposite. But I've heard dozens of stories of them taking up residence near humans, especially if the human is willing to feed them a bit, or coming to forage a lot closer to humans than they do at any other time of the year. (LOL - I think our white-tails forgot to read the manual.)

they are white tails ..... i don't think we have any mulies around here either......

we walk 2-3 miles in this park 5 mornings a week and see deer (anywhere from just one to several) on most of those mornings.... we have also seen beaver and mink and of course, rabbits, raccoons, possums, skunks, ducks, egrets, geese, and any number of other birds i can not identify......

we had a coyote follow us for about a mile or so one morning..... this fella was just inside the gate that blocks the road when we parked, which is not unusual, but he seemed to take his time slipping off into the woods..... we got about 100 yards in and i turned around to look behind us.... and there he was again!! he hung back about 50 yards or so, but was DEFINITELY following us..... once i realized he was probably just curious about us and was staying close enough to observe, but far enough to be safe (for him and for us), it was pretty cool..... this was very shortly before the news story came out about Texas governor Rick Perry shooting a coyote while out jogging with his dog early one morning...... could not help but comment in THAT thread in city-data.....
