Stories like this make me sick. If you have seen the pics I have posted about Jai...my daughter's dog...she and her brother were found in a bait tank during a dog fighting raid in Miami. How can one possibly even think to do something like that to a 5 week old puppy? Or any animal for that matter? I hope the people who were responsible for all of these atrocities spend the rest of their lives behind bars enduring pain, just has these poor animals have suffered.
There are times I hate the human race. This is one of them. How could anyone do something like that? If I could, I swear I'd live way out on a compound and take as many as I could with me, poor things. I am sickened by this.
Atina33 thank you for bringing this pupster and CGSR to everyones attention. What happened to Phoenix is beyond horrible but it's wonderful to see that he has ended up at Coastal German Shepard Rescue. I looked at many of the stories on the site and while heartbreaking it's good to know there are caring people out there helping these animals. I'm going to keep checking on their site to see how Phoenix is doing, he seems like such a peaceful, happy dog even though he has been through so much.
i agree, he has the most heart wrenching eyes. What a beautiful dignified looking soul he is. His eyes tell a very sad story, if only they could speak. Lets hope he finds a loving and so deserved forever home soon
